The open-plan living and dining area with a sofa bed (113 cm x 174 cm) provides comfort. Enjoy your private covered terrace and an additional open terrace—perfect for relaxing. The private garden offers a peaceful green oasis. Garden loungers are provided for your downtime, and a sun umbrella offers shade. A shared parking space for 1 vehicle is located directly in front of the house. You are welcome to bring up to 2 pets. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
